Due to the global pandemic, here are a few updates from the Candy Coat Team
• With a minimized workforce and working to government guidelines in the Candy Coat warehouses, orders are being processed within 2-7 days. Processing is the number of days it can take for warehouse staff take to pick, pack and process your order. Delivery is the number of days its takes to deliver once dispatched. Therefore delivery charges still apply. You will not be entitled to any refunds of delivery charges as these still apply.
• Standard deliveries are taking up to 5 working days but generally sooner
• DHL is currently available and running as normal however some orders may take a little longer than usual in the US
• Restock of products and popular kits will be restocked on an on-going basis. Customer support will not be able to give any dates of items that sell out fast
• May’s Subscription will run as normal however dispatch will be at the end of the month
• Complimentary candy service is currently available
• Covid 19 has prevented the availability of some items in kits. These will be substituted with items at our discretion
• Confectionary will no longer be available in kits. The complimentary service is available and can be added onto any order over £25
• Candy Coat DO NOT accept returns of cosmetic products. Replacements and refunds will be granted if products are damaged in transit.
