How do I place and pay for my order?

Please note — all orders are placed exclusively through our website. We are unable to process orders via social media or phone.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed within 2 working days of placement. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not included in processing times.

All shipments are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked for a reliable, fully trackable delivery experience.

Does your next day delivery mean next day?

Orders are processed within 2 working days from the time of placement. This covers the time required to process, pick, and pack your order and does not include delivery time.

Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday will be received and dispatched the following Monday, with delivery expected from Tuesday onwards.

Where a delivery timeframe is provided, please be aware that this is an estimate offered by Royal Mail or DPD and cannot be guaranteed.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit, credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

How do I know where my order is?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing all the information you need to track your delivery. Simply follow the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment in real time.

If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail or DPD, you will also receive a system generated notification directly from them confirming your delivery slot.

Should you require any assistance, our team is available via live chat on our website. Please note that we are unable to assist with order enquiries through social media.

I ordered the wrong colour, can I swap for another?

Once an order has been processed we are unable to make any changes. Your order can be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed.  

One of my colours have been unfulfilled, what does this mean?

On the rare occasion that an item within your order is unavailable, it will be dispatched separately as soon as possible. Should any issues arise, our customer support team will be in touch promptly to keep you informed.

Will I incur additional customs and duty charges?

All customs duties and taxes applicable to international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not collected by Candy Coat and are not included in your order total. Any fees due will be payable upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

What's your refund policy?

1.1 If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within fourteen days of placing your order, or of receiving the products.
1.2 To cancel an order before delivery, please contact us by e-mail at: customercare@lovecandycoat.com to tell us. Provided the order has not yet been sent out, we will be able to cancel your order at that point and provide you with a refund.

All products must be returned in a
good and saleable condition, and you will then receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. However, you will remain responsible for paying any costs of returning the products to us.
1.4 If we receive any goods back from you in damaged or unsaleable state, we will be entitled to deduct from your refund such reasonable amount to account for the damage (if the goods are totally unsaleable, then we do not have to provide you with any refund).
1.5 We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we receive the products back from you.
1.6 If you have returned any products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective product in full.
1.7 We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

Products must be in a brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging. 

For authorised refunds, please note this may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers.  

What do I do if I receive a broken or missing item?

Every order is carefully quality checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the affected item. Any item deemed unusable as a result of transit damage will be replaced without question.

If you have received an incorrect or missing item, please notify us as soon as possible. Please be aware that we are unable to rectify order discrepancies reported after 7 working days of delivery.
