My Order

Shopping at Candy Coat is super fun and easy. Simply use the menu to select items you are looking for and scroll away or use the search bar on the top right to find products. 

Orders are placed via our website only. We do not take orders via social media or phone.   

The processing time for orders is 2 working days. This does not include weekends. All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked or DPD.

Orders are processed within 2 working days. This is the time it takes to process, pick and pack your order. It does not include delivery. Please be aware that we do not process or or deliver orders on a Saturday Sunday or Bank Holiday. If you place an order on Thursday or Friday, this will be received and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If a delivery time frame is offered, please be aware this is Royal Mail or DPD's aim and not a guarantee.

We accept all major debit, credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

You can easily track your order via your shipping confirmation. Simply click on the pink 'Track Shipment' button your confirmation email.

If your box is being delivered by Royal Mail or DPD, you will receive a system generated email from them with your tracking slot. If you need some help, visit us on live chat! We do not assist with orders via social media. 

Once an order has been processed we are unable to make any changes. Your order can be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed.  

On the rare occasion that a colour has been unfulfilled on your orders, this simply means it will be dispatched separately. Should there be any issues, customer support will inform you as soon as possible. 

Fulfillment + Dispatch

Your Candy Coat order will be processed and fulfilled within within 2 working days. This does not include weekends.

If you choose a next day delivery option, please note that it is only dispatched once it has been fulfilled.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on Monday through Thursday the same day. **During deal days, promo days, free shipping, bank holidays, black friday and christmas, there may be a maximum of 5 day processing.

Orders take 2 working days to process. This means your order will be fulfilled and dispatched on Monday.

All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Candy Coat, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery and the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds + Returns Policy

1.1 If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within fourteen days of placing your order, or of receiving the products.
1.2 To cancel an order before delivery, please contact us by e-mail at: to tell us. Provided the order has not yet been sent out, we will be able to cancel your order at that point and provide you with a refund.

All products must be returned in a
good and saleable condition, and you will then receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. However, you will remain responsible for paying any costs of returning the products to us.
1.4 If we receive any goods back from you in damaged or unsaleable state, we will be entitled to deduct from your refund such reasonable amount to account for the damage (if the goods are totally unsaleable, then we do not have to provide you with any refund).
1.5 We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we receive the products back from you.
1.6 If you have returned any products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective product in full.
1.7 We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

Products must be in a brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging. 

For authorised refunds, please note this may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers.  

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched to our customers.

If your item has been damaged in transit, please email us immediately with an image. Damaged items that are in an unusable condition will be replaced. If you have received the wrong item or a missing item, please contact us immediately as we will not be able to rectify after 7 working days. 

Please email an image of any product you believe is defective within 14 days and customer support will troubleshoot, replace or refund. Please note we do not refund postage on any authorised returns. You will be liable for any return postage fees.
