Phenolic Epoxy, Resin, Chromium, Dye

To use, burnish onto tacky layer of candy coat colour or regular top coat. Sweep away any excess and finish with 2 coats of super shiny no wipe top coat!


Tip: Always use separate top coats for your glitter creations!
