Where It All Began.

Founded by beauty entrepreneur Lynette in the summer of 2015, Candy Coat started with 14 gel shades, an Instagram account, and an unwavering belief that nails should be joyful. There was no website. No rulebook. Just colour, creativity, and a community that grew faster than anyone expected.

What followed was a movement.

Candy Coat became the first brand in the UK to introduce a monthly gel polish subscription box — and we've never stopped innovating since.

A Decade of Doing Things Differently.

2015 — The Classics.
Where it all began. A superior gel colour collection built on richness, depth, and 2 to 3 weeks of flawless wear. The shade range that started everything.

2016 — Au Naturel.
The nude edit the industry was missing. Wearable, flattering, and endlessly elegant — a curated collection of the most considered neutrals for every skin tone.

2019 — Candy Stix.
A concept entirely our own. HEMA-free gel polish pens that deliver a glossy finish in minutes — no base, no top coat, no compromise. Now living as its own brand at candystix.co.uk.

2020 — Pro Palette.
For the professionals who refuse to settle. A premium, scratch-resistant gel colour collection built for high shine, chip-free wear, and results that speak for themselves.

2025 — Butter Base.
Soft. Structured. Considered. A high viscosity builder gel formulated to work with powder for a harder, more defined finish. A new chapter in how we build.

2026 — Shapex.
Everything changes. A fluid, low viscosity builder gel in a first-of-its-kind patented tube — engineered to flow, shape, and set with effortless precision. Not an evolution. A revolution.
